Ingredients
2 lbs pork shoulder
½ onion, sliced
¾ cup BBQ sauce
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Add sliced onion and pork to the slow cooker.
Pour in BBQ sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Shred pork and serve on slightly toasted slider buns.
